At this time, we are only accepting new hire applications from people who have formal training or at least 2 years of experience working as a professional stagehand.

There is no need for new hires to fill out the forms provided on this site. All forms will be provided for you at the time of your appointment.

Due to federal regulations, the I9 form must be turned in in person, along with the original Identification documents that must accompany it. Please see the instructions that come with the form to find out what types of documentation are acceptable. No one will be allowed to work until they have provided this documentation to Local 115.

Please bring the necessary identification documents and your annual fee to the office at the time of your appointment. The annual fee will be prorated by quarter - January-March $20 April-June $15 July-September $10 October-November $5.

All work dues and fines must be paid in full before attempting to register on the Referral list. Please remember that all cash payments should be in sealed envelopes with your name and amount of money enclosed. Checks and money orders should also have the applicants name on it. These payments can be placed in the mail slot at the office at any time.

Each employer requires paperwork in addition to the Local's paperwork requirements although some of the forms are duplicated. If you are uncertain if you will be working for a new employer, it is better to be safe than sorry. Bring your ID to the work site.
