Our free classes are given each year. Please note that appropriate work clothing, appropriate shoes and tools are needed. The tool list is on the Work Rules page. See Forms page for New Employee Paperwork.
2009 ClassesAll classes will start at 7pm sharp and last around 2 hours. Bring paper and pen for notes, some paperwork will be provided. The information will help when applying for Local 115 membership exam. Orientation, September 28, Monday 6:30 PM, Florida Theatre Carpentry Class & Decorating, October 5, Monday, 7:00 PM , Wilson Center. Bring tools. Electrics Class, October 7, Wednesday , 7:00 PM, Moran Theater. Bring tools. Rigging, Spotlight, Concert Lighting Systems, October 14, Wednesday, 7:00 PM , Veterans Memorial Arena. Bring tools. Bring your ID & tools, these are hands on classes! You MUST attend the General Classes to be invited to any Advanced Classes announced later.
